Mindfulness and nature are powerful healing tools that have guided my own transformative journey. I am a working mother who continues the dance of balancing family with career. I enjoy guiding and supporting mothers, fathers, parents, and busy individuals on life balance and problem solving. These reasons are why I decided to create a 100% remote practice. No more excuses or time constraints... all you have to do is log on.
